Imperium November Report

December 12th, 2015

Fleet Command Report

November has been a busy month for FC. Obviously dealing with the great Fallout-ening of 2016 took its toll but press on we must and we’re happy to have taken a large bite out of the Unit project that will bring all of Imperium’s Units into effective operational units fit for everything the verse has to throw at us. If you would like to know more about the changes to the Unit system please see the following links:

Introduction, Unit History, Revisions: (Audio Recording)

Unit Q&A: (Audio Recording)

And for those of you who would rather read than listen to the recording, this was the document that was discussed during the multiple Unit Q&A we held throughout the month.

As we receive more feedback from Unit Administrators, we will make needed adjustments and the information you find here will make its way into the next iteration of the Imperium Manual so that all new members of Imperium will have the opportunity to educate themselves about the Unit Structure of Imperium.

Next month’s report will be the Annual “Year in Review” so stay tuned for a much larger update.

With that report will come an announcement regarding the format of Imperium’s monthly reports and updates to the fleet. Exciting times are ahead! See you next month!

Imperium October Report

November 4th, 2015

Fleet Command Report:

Happy Halloween Imperium!

Fleet Command would like to wish you all a very Happy Halloween, and an even happier end to October. This month saw us experiencing a huge increase in our activity levels as we all experienced the awesomeness that was CitizenCon, as well as rolling out some new systems for the organization. In keeping with our tradition of improving ourselves and our organization, we are preparing for even more exciting and new features to our portal, as well as our manual and structure, and we will keep everyone updated as always. With that having been said, Unit Founders please keep an eye out for PMs hitting your inboxes in the next week or so!

As we ramp up our activity levels in preparation for the release of more Star Citizen modules, we have also begun to ramp up our recruitment of members who wish to contribute more to the community. We will have more of the technical side of things in the Tech Report, but for now just be sure to check out this link:

If you think you have what it takes to help the organization as a staff member, put in an application.

The CIG Anniversary livestream will take place on November 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pacific – be sure to tune in and join your fellow SCB members on Teamspeak during the event!

Thanks for reading, everyone, and as always if you have questions or input, feel free to PM an Officer, or post in the suggestion forum!

Imperium September Report

October 6th, 2015

Fleet Command Report:

Is it CitizenCon yet?

We thought that summed up the month of September for everyone in Imperium. With CitCon only a few days away now, everyone should be jumping on the hype train to see how CIG will crush recent scepticisms. Aside from the glorious revenge coming this weekend, we hope to learn much more about the persistent universe. As a PSA for everyone reading, Star Citizen Base and The Base Radio have an entire weekend devoted to CitCon. It starts Friday Evening when The Base will call in to Imperium’s own Calexus, and Doopsums to see how their travels were and what they have planned for us on Saturday throughout the day. Saturday, Ricko will be hosting the stream on The Base Radio twitch feed and will also be found in SCB/Imperium Teamspeak for general shenanigans and good times while the stream is on-going. Sunday will be the follow up to CitCon with the Round Table Discussion on everything covered on Saturday. Everyone is welcome to attend and we are looking forward to a large gathering.

Imperium August Reports

September 2nd, 2015

Fleet Command Report:

August has be surprisingly productive for Imperium in general. In particular a special project we had been working on that came to fruition this month. First of which is our new radio ads – if you haven’t heard them on The Base yet, you can check out the list of them here:

We think they turned out really well! A big thank you goes out to Trendane who is the voice behind it all!

Some other upcoming projects include:

  • A large update to the Imperium Manual.

  • Unit evaluations and improvements

  • An Official Imperium Recruitment Video

For any unit administrators interested in getting involved with the unit evaluations and improvements, please contact @@Nazerath and @@CyberianK.

Military Report:

As last month this report will be short and sweet, but with the end of the summer heat and RSI promising us exciting new stuff in the near future (Soon™) you can expect an increase in activity.

In view of the upcoming FPS module I want to use this report to focus your attention on our FPS guys. They have done outstanding work in the past and will do the same in the future. If you are interested in the FPS part of the game, then have a look at the platoons our guys founded, you can find them where you can find all our Units in the Unit forum:

Let’s help them make the Imperium Marines the most feared Marines in the Verse!

Best Regards and happy shooting,

Your Military Officers
Trade and Industry Report:

Howdy folks and fellow space truckers,

We T&I guys are currently involved in a couple of long term projects that are unfortunately too immature content wise to talk about yet, but you will read about them here when they are ready. Other than that there is not much to do T&I specific so we are supporting the rest of the Officers and Specialists on other matters and projects. If you have an issue to bring up don’t hesitate please and release us from this boredom.

Apart from that, let’s talk about the Social Module real quick. I don’t know about you but I was very impressed with the ship traffic as seen from the ArcCorp Bridge:

If you have not seen the whole thing together with its amazing vistas definitely do so, or watch a youtube video if you can’t. Largely inspired by Star Wars’ Coruscant which I was first impressed with when reading about it in the Zahn novels and West End Games RPG expanded universe, one thing the Episode 1-3 later surprisingly did not screw up. Together with this dev comment it got me really excited again for the upcoming PU – even when that’s still eons of waiting.

So we hope to see your ship up there soon™, ferrying the riches of the 30th century.

Exploration Report

August was a rather quiet month for Exploration. Half of its officers (Valenquo) were on vacation,  and went to Gamescom, meeting some of fleet command, regular members and other Star Citizen fans in real life.

With the Gamescom presentation we got just a small taste of what the larger universe will feel like, the planets were a little just some barren wastelands and a gas giant, so a little disappointed we didn’t get to see something a little more colorful!

We got to see the first taste of the “Quantum Drive” and EVA will hopefully be better tuned up for when we want to get out and get up close and personal with something in zero G.

We’re so close to being able to explore that large world, and we’re looking at ideas to engage people when that happens, find all the Easter eggs you know!

(Yeah that’s right Exploration wants AC 2.0 over FPS who would have thought.)

Other than that we have been exploring ArcOrp with everyone else happy to finally get to stretch our legs outside of the hangar for a bit.

Fleet Ops Report

Greetings Imperium,

As summer begins to wind down, August has been a month with a lot of exciting developments for the Operations Division.

The greatest source of our excitement was obviously the Multicrew Demo revealed at GamesCom.  While I’m sure that there are a great number of Imperium members that prefer single seat ships, and even more that are excited about the upcoming FPS module, it is no exaggeration to say that the Multicrew Demo was the one thing out of Gamescom that excited us the most.  In fact, coordinating complex missions, involving large numbers of Imperium members across multiple ships (of whatever types) is pretty much the reason that Imperium Operations exists!

In other news, I want to call out Doopsums, GreenAvenger, Malagos, and MissionAVS, and lots of other Imperium Members (I’m sorry if I missed your names, but your contributions were still definitely appreciated) who all banded together to help as many Imperium Members as possible reach Level 18 of Vanduul Swarm, achieve the “Aggressor Badge”, and purchase Vanduul (Esperia) Glaives.  That kind of coordination & teamwork to help your fellow Org members is also part of the reason that the Operations Division was created, and it was awesome to see it in action (even before we have a fully functional “Mission System” available).  Side note: If you purchased a Glaive, don’t forget to let us know here.

Last but not least, during the month of August the Operations Section for Imperium Manual v2.0 was submitted for review by the Imperium Officers, work continued on mapping out the flow of a mission through the Mission System (which should make it easier for final development), and received word from the tech Division that the System Cards Tool is ready for integration, which will be an important part of the Imperium Mission System going forward.

Look for more information in the coming months as we begin to finalize how the various components of the Mission system will work on the Portal.

Until next month, fly safe!

Imperium Operations Staff

Diplomacy Report

Greetings Imperium members!

All of us in the Diplomatic Division hope that you all have been enjoying the addition of the Diplomacy section to the portal, and have found it quite enlightening. As we have more authorizations for reveals from our friendly organizations, we will add more relationships to the portal in order to make sure our organization members are informed of our relationships. Moving forward we will also be showcasing different organizations with whom we have developed close relationships, and inviting them to come onto our Teamspeak more often to chat with our members. Please be sure to be on your best behavior when you see a person in TS with a “Foreign Dignitary” tag!

As a final note, we are all a bit saddened to have our Senior Diplomat (otherwise known as Diplomatic Specialist) Profess1onalN00b taking an extended leave of absence as he travels to Africa to work for an NGO. We will miss him while he is gone, and will be looking forward to his safe return! Be safe, N00b!

Academy Report

August, two thirds through the year, and a great time to be a Star Citizen.

This month, along with many other Officers, Members and Fleet Command, I ventured into the wilds of Germany to meet up with my Imperium brothers and sisters. A great time was had by all.

And then The CIG Event.

Sweltering heat, no AC, 2000 people crammed into an arena and all of them had armpits. It sounds like torture but we barely noticed as on the stage were Ben and Sandi, to be followed by other CIG seniors and the Roberts brothers.

Were you excited about the joystick unveiling?

Were you excited by the social module?

Were you excited by the Multicrew demo?

If you answer “Fuck yeah” to any or all of these questions you’ll have some idea about the atmosphere in the event.

Anyway, to move onto another month in Academy.

This month we continue our work on “Back-end” courses. This won’t affect you, unless you’re involved in something in the administration of Imperium. I’ve mentioned them before, but I’m just going to say don’t worry about it.

And, just this weekend, Technology surprised me by finally getting Moodle on the server. I was speechless, angry, grateful and humbled.

Thank you Kraan.

Let me explain briefly why this is important.

Moodle will be the basis for the infrastructure of Academy on the server. It isn’t Academy, it isn’t the Courses, but it is the functionality of delivering and communicating all that information backwards and forwards.

It SHOULD allow us to upload courses.

It SHOULD allow us to monitor your success.

It SHOULD allow us to display your Certifications.

It SHOULD allow us to do so much more.

I’ll be spending the next few weeks looking at this system and devising the best way that I can see to make it work for us.

In the meantime, Xeen is still hard at work rolling out Pilot Academy. Furioso is chewing through his keyboard in anticipation of the FPS module. Gratch is still working hard on the Operations side of things.

Lastly I’d like to offer a special thank you to the pilots who helped people in Arena Commander.

I’m going to name and shame only four of them, who reached my ears as being exceptional on that front:

Doopsums    (Nub)

GreenAvenger    (Earl Grey)

MissionAVS    (Bell Sniff)

Malogos        (Casual)

They know that there is a special “Reward” on the way to them, and look forward to hearing about that in an announcement soon.

Academy Officer

Intelligence Report

This month has been good to Intel. Aside from the news we can’t give you we can announce that Nip is now serving as an Intelligence Officer. If you have any questions about the division, concerns about suspicious behaviour or any other meta related enquiries please feel free to approach him, he won’t bite. Aside from the on-going tracking of people who think they are way too smart to be discovered, this is all we have to report at this time.

As always, here is the link to our Suspicious Activity and Notice of Interest forms for those who feel so inclined to assist.

Human Resources Report

Greetings from HR and welcome to this monthly report.

First off, we have a new development. HR is currently working on a proposal for an exciting new position for the StarCitizenBase forums and Imperium. Currently we are undergoing development of the role and making sure we make it as good as we can (including tools on the portal), and hope to have more information for you in the future. Watch this space for further information, but we can say it’s exciting and the person who is taking it on can’t wait to begin!

As always, one of our jobs is to enforce and rule upon the Imperium Code of Conduct when it comes to member actions in Star Citizen. This jurisdiction extends to Arena Commander and associated modules within the game as it develops. Within Imperium, cheating and exploitation, whether through the use of third party programs or bugs found within the game is highly unacceptable. While using these bugs and exploits on your own server with your own friends is fine, utilizing them to gain an advantage in public matches is not something we condone. Keep in mind that when you are playing Arena Commander/Star Citizen, you are representing Imperium to the wider community. While this is an Alpha, and you are supposed to test for ways to cheat and exploit, be mindful that there are others in the public server who would just like to play the game without those exploits and cheats ruining their experience. If you find a bug or an exploit please report it to CIG. As more modules get launched, if anyone is caught using bugs/exploits to simply win games or get an advantage over other players in public lobbies we will be required to take action.

On to more fun news, we have decided that each month we will have a guest appearance from a member of HR to report upon something they are working on. Our inaugural report comes from Arengorn, and concerns the TS moderator project. Take it away Arengorn.

Hello members of Imperium! This is Arengorn, head of The TS moderators and supreme leader of the Ostridge Kingdom. This month TS has been rather filled with people due to GamesCom, we had an amazing lobby for the Twitch stream that reached over 80 people! Apart from that we’re preparing for the FPS release (coming around the same time as Half-Life 3) and the Social Module. If you haven’t yet come to our TeamSpeak please join us. The more the better! Also if you feel like you have what it takes to become a TS Moderator please inform a member of the Human Resources team.

Thanks Arengorn. And now…. on to everyone’s favorite segment…

The winner of this month’s MVP goes to…

GeraldEvans! Gerald worked hard throughout the time leading up to and during the Gamescom event to bring us the latest information regarding the goings-on of CIG at the event. If you missed something at Gamescom, be sure to check out his thread. It’s sure to be in there.

Remember: if you see a post from someone that you believe is worthy of getting MVP, be sure to nominate it right away! This is not restricted to Imperium members, so feel free to nominate anyone on SCB you deem worthy.

Don’t forget everyone T.H.I.N.K (is it True, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary, Kind) be cool and see you next month!

Technology Report

Greetings Programs

This month the Tech Division has been completing many of the final pre-requisites for the Mission system as well as making improvements to existing systems – and some UI changes.

Portal has once again had a bit of a face-lift. The old sidebar has been replaced with a categorised header menu – this not only makes a lot more screen space available but also makes it easier to navigate around the site (no more need to open several sub menus to get to where you want to go).

The ‘Systems’ Module, while not a map in its own right, will provide definitions of the various star systems to be used as waypoints by Mission creators to chart their course. The module will also provide the means of submitting reports concerning current events in that system such as pirate activity or a rich asteroid belt.

The Hangar has been improved to allow for multi-ship packages to be added – so large packs no longer need to be added manually. Additional functionality such as deleting a package and its contents, allowing the Hangar to be seen by Unit members only and additional miscellaneous features will come afterwards.

Ground work for the Academy Moodle is now in place and basic set-up and themes are completed. Tests have begun on its systems and content controls. Once the system functions as expected hooks into IPB and Portal will be coded.

Additionally, some work has been done towards getting Citizens Arena into shape – currently waiting on storyboards and additional content.

Next month we will be focusing on the database and low level systems for the Mission Board and continuing to improve the features of current modules such as Units – specifically we will be revisiting the Rank system and Unit permission management.

Work will also be done to allow for cleaner and easier inter-org usage, allowing users from external organisations to access many of the functions currently reserved for Imperium within a self contained (read: custom themed) environment.

End of Line

Fleet Media Report

Another month passed by like an Origin M50 on afterburners, so we are here again with the Purple report.

As the summer nears its end, the whole Fleet is waking up from seasonal lethargy, including the Media Team, and we are slowly getting back to be active again. The recent big updates for Star Citizen brought a new sparkle to the Verse and much needed fresh air and clearer future for the game we all want to see and play someday.

Media Team is glad to announce that we´ve accepted another new member, who will, or actually already is, helping to improve the visual side of Imperium. @elleesee has been a great help with establishing the new donation system, providing the new assets, and also put together some very nice footage from Gamescom, where we had our members attending. You can see the video here. Big thanks to her and welcome to the Team!

Our Signature delivery system worked the usual way, although a demand is still a bit low. Our dedicated sigmakers have helped another batch of new members to get their shiny new signatures to parade on the forums. Thanks for your contribution guys!

As always, don´t hesitate to contact any of our active Media Team members. If you have any questions, requests or want to help, we are here for you.

If you want to see what we are about, check our public showcase here!

If you are interested to join our ranks, see our recruitment thread here! (challenge is still active even though the main competition is finished)

And again, we appreciate all the support and feedback from all of you, the great community of SCB!

Media Team – Purple Power!

Fleet Command Report:

It’s that time of the month again, and the Imperium Fleet Commanders have sat back, drawn straws, and it’s now Chimaera’s turn to write the report!  In the interest of making sure that all of you don’t end up falling asleep, or having your eyes glaze over from boredom, this report will attempt to be brief.  So without further ado, here we go!

Item One: Valenquo is now an Exploration Officer, make sure he gets a warm welcome in TS and on the boards! (FYI this also means that there’s an opening for an Exploration Specialist, so keep a look-out for a post on that!)

Item Two: HR Section module for Portal 2.0 is up and running! New members will now be able to use the new portal system to take their exams and enter into the fleet. AWESOMESAUCE!

Item Three: New project for System Cards has started development. Look for more info in the next monthly report!

Item Four: GAMESCOM!!!!! We have quite a few Imperium members who are going to the convention and will be participating in events, hooking up to chat and hang out and, in general, cause mayhem. If you’re a member planning on heading to Gamescom and would like to meet up with Imperium members, please feel free to message Core, Draegar, Warwulf, Ryofar, CyberianK or Valenquo for details.

There we go folks! Short and sweet from Fleet Command, so feel free to scroll down and read the rest of the report… enjoy!

June Reports

July 3rd, 2015

Fleet Command Report:

Greetings from Fleet Command!

So as you guys may have noticed… we’ve done a bit of redecorating around here. Gallitin has been hard at work to ensure that the new update has gone smoothly. We did manage to run into a few snags, as is common with such a big update, but nothing major. The new update does bring with it some pretty exciting new plugins for the boards. Unfortunately last month also saw the resignation of 2 officers who have been with us for a long time and put in hours and hours of work in their respective fields. Delota and DasDeimos will definitely leave a void that is going to be hard to fill. On a lighter note, Kraan Rastaban has been promoted as the new Tech officer!

We are currently still in the process of playing catchup in regards to updating Portal2.0 with all the functionality we now lack from the loss of Portal1 (Gotta feel bad for HR people!). This however does not mean that there aren’t any new things on the horizon!

We’re just not gonna say anything about those… yet. Check for announcements in the coming month!

Military Report:

Hello fellow Marines, Fighter Pilots, Bomber Pilots, Scouts, Capital Ship Captains, Assassins… wait we don’t have Assassins, but you should know who I mean. This is the Military Report for June. The part that you’ve read until now is probably longer than the part where I tell you what we did this month – in short this was a very slow month for all of us, and it’s still getting warmer outside.

We are currently all waiting for the Star Marine module where we are planning to have regular events and we are also working on the rules for the Units, and are brainstorming some other ideas (more to follow when when we finish some ideas).

I’ll hope we have some more updates for you next month.

Best Regards,

The Military Officers

Trade and Industry Report:

Greetings fellow Imperium truckers and pilots,

There has been a little bit from CIG, the Genesis Starliner and the design document about passenger transport. We knew that it would be possible, although until now it was more about transporting only a few and either for personal use or for wealthy passengers.

Now we’ve gained more insight on the topic and it not only requires the right ship, but also the right license (one that you can lose, if you perform poorly).

Unlike other games, where passengers are more or less treated like cargo, Star Citizen takes it one step further. You have to interact with your passengers. They want to be entertained and need food and drinks. Additionally you have to keep your ship and its systems in a good shape. All this to get a good rating in the end and to keep your license. Without a license, goodbye passengers and of course goodbye money.

It might not sound interesting for everyone, but it once again shows how detailed the world of Star Citizen will be.

Internally in T&I we had a Specialist meeting to come up with ways to keep us active and busy and get us through the current drought of module release delays. If you have any ideas and suggestions of yours that you want to bring to us please don’t hesitate to contact us in TS or post in the forums, or PM us.

Lastly can someone tell us who was the joker who deactivated the stasis field in our Phoenix hold and wrecked the haulerbot during yesterday’s party? Now all the cargo crates are out of place and we can’t figure out how to get them back. If you would be so kind to help us on that:

Complicated Star Citizen Constellation Cargo Crate Placement Simulation

Thank you for reading and hang in there folks,

Your T&I Team – @Nameless, @CyberianK, @Zhane, @Radoorid, @Jon1812

Exploration Report

Hey everyone, just going to be a short one this month.

We in Exploration still look for different ways to create an engaging and fulfilling environment for everyone, and ways to polish any skills needed to explore once SC comes around.  This being said I think everyone can see that with CIG clamping down on trying to get the FPS module out there hasn’t been much to give out for us explorers.

We are looking for new ideas and anyone who wants to can feel free to host or start talks about anything to do with exploration, we are always around watching for people to step up their game and show us something new.

Mission creation is still going strong with a heavy focus on theory-crafting still, but as we move forward things will start coming together – just like SC is!

With summer in full swing we may see a change in activity patterns with vacations and travelling in IRL, but we are used to these things.

Till Next time, Keep Calm and Explore On!

Fleet Ops Report

June has been a month of contrasts for the team here in Operations…

The beginning of Summer has created several absences due to real life events ranging from vacations, to moves, and even Military Training.  Fear not Imperium, because even though many of our members disappeared for periods of time during the last month, we have still been busy behind the scenes, working to create a Mission System worthy of Imperium!

During the month of June we created a draft document to begin mapping out the (expected) flow of a Mission through the Portal.  Starting at initial planning, moving on to staging, and then execution, and finally to completion (and review), our goal is to develop systems to make the entire process as smooth and easy to navigate (while also as easy to manage) as possible. The initial draft has already been forwarded to Fleet Command, and while several more drafts will undoubtedly be required before we have the project in a completed form, we are hoping to be able to move to the next phase, and send the project to all of the various Division Officers for review sometime in July.

In addition to working on our draft document, we also have had to deal with the reality that while amazing (in terms of what they can accomplish), Imperium’s Tech Team is an all-volunteer group, and their time and efforts have to be maximized.  In an effort to cut down on the number of tools and features (related to the Mission System) that they will have to build, we have also reached out to CIG to attempt to gain any information that we possibly can about the expected tools, features, and API’s that will be available in Orgs v2.0 and the final game.  As always, CIG has been slow to respond, and the information that they have posted has been limited, but we will continue to gather as much information as possible (from all sources possible, including even Reddit, and the RSI forums), so that there won’t be any need for our Tech Team to waste time “reinventing the wheel” (unless they find a way to do it even better…)

Finally, we had initially hoped to host another “Capital Ship Q&A” during June, like we did back in March, but with absolutely zero (new) information released since our last meeting, these plans have been put on hold until we get a little closer to the release of AC v2.0 (Multi-Crew Ships).  Once this happens, we will host another meeting to review what we know, to make plans for testing out the Multi-Crew mechanics to the fullest possible extent, and to discuss how these mechanics will fit into the Mission System for Imperium.

Until next month, fly safe!

Diplomacy Report

Another month has passed, and with it we are one small step closer to entering into a new life as Star Citizens. With CIG moving forward to make this dream a reality, we at Imperium continue to focus on our relentless forward momentum. Even as the summer months traditionally see a low point in terms of participation, the Imperium diplomacy division continues to knock on the doors of our fellow Star Citizen organizations searching for those who would call themselves our friends.

Building relationships, as in our own lives, takes time, patience and consistent communication. With that in mind, the team in the Imperium diplomacy division has time and again risen to the challenges that lie before them in order to lay the groundwork for well established, long lasting ties between Imperium and its allies. Through the dedication and hard work of the Imperium diplomacy division, June has proven to be as successful as previous months.

It is especially noteworthy that with the addition of our newest diplomat, Metternich70, Imperium diplomacy has bridged the gap between Imperium and the Spanish speaking community. His dedication to Imperium has opened new doors for diplomatic relations and has already lead to some significant bonds between Imperium and [Redacted]. We applaud his efforts and those of the entire diplomacy team.

Going forward, with over 10,000 organizations in the Star Citizen community, it grows increasingly more difficult to reach out to new organizations with the limited staff present in the diplomacy division at this time, That being said, if YOU find interest in making new friends, sharing your passion for Star Citizen and contributing the well being of Imperium, you are encouraged to apply for a diplomatic role in the diplomacy division. More information can be gather here:

Academy Report

June seems to have flown by almost too fast for Academy.

This month we have been mainly knuckling under with tasks already assigned, and an absence or two meant that some courses that were otherwise ready couldn’t be finalised, and two of our specialists are undertaking the task of creating a course for existing HR members.

Of course all of this is still un-released, and will remain so until we get our delivery method sorted out. Various methods have been discussed and one was decided upon a couple of months ago, however due to Technology’s high workload this was unable to be finalised and alternatives are being discussed again in case the Moodle implementation falls through.

If anyone has experience with the technical side of Moodle feel free to contact either Kraan Rastaban or WarWulf to discuss if you’re able to assist in bringing this project forward.

Intelligence Report

June has been a pretty calm month for Imperium. It has given the Intelligence division time to assess our internal needs as well as go through our security measures for our forums, teamspeak, and portal services. Details on these things are obviously [REDACTED] so we won’t get into the nitty gritty. If you would like to do your part for Imperium by getting involved with the Intelligence division or by assisting us by reporting suspicious/odd behaviour on the forums, TeamSpeak, or chat please follow the appropriate link below.

Human Resources Report

Hello fellow Imperium members,

This is another update from the tuning fork squad aka Human Resources (old members will get that joke). As many of you have probably noticed (especially if you’re actually reading this) the SCB forums and the Portal have had a bit of a change/update. Now, you might be wondering ‘how does this affect Human Resources?’ Well that is a very good question. With all the fancy new features and sleek new looks some things unfortunately broke. Now you may be wondering ‘how does this affect me?’ Well thankfully it shouldn’t. Specifically, some key features with the portal are currently not available, changing the way we add and test new members. So for now we are back to spreadsheets and to doing most stuff manually. Hopefully not forever though as tech is working hard to get it fixed.

Now that all the bad news is out of the way we’d like to reverberate some things we have brought up in prior monthly reports. Yeah that’s right, our MVP award. To recap, the award is for members of SCB who post/create quality content that promotes a non-toxic and self sustaining conversation. You can and should nominate posts/people to help our community grow and…get better.

And now its time for this Month’s MVP: wfja

Congratulations! Wfja made a great post about Star Citizen and our community here which got him the award this month. Go, check it out and let the nominations for next month coming!

As always, stay classy and see you in the verse!

Technology Report

This month has been rather busy for Tech Division both in terms of active projects as well as personnel.

Our Tech Officer Delota has stepped down as leader of Tech Division to pursue a carrier in Web Design and no longer has the time to devote to Portal development and Tech Division as a whole, as such Kraan Rastaban (that’s me) has been promoted in his place. We also have a new recruit this month who has been continuing with his induction and his progress so far is very encouraging.

On a more technical note, the month saw an update of the SCB forum software – and all the teething issues that such an upgrade invariably entails. Thankfully the vast majority of those issues have now been fixed, leaving only a token few that still need to be addressed. The TS Bot and Portal2 were down for a short time while connectivity issues were addressed. One unfortunate casualty of this update was Portal1 which with the changes to forum connectivity was deemed not important enough to be re-coded. This has resulted in Portal2 being made active sooner than was intended, effectively replacing Portal1.

Unfortunately Portal2 does not (as of writing this) contain several functions used by HR and Officers for processing new recruits. This was to be added after work was finished on other modules, but with the unexpected forced retirement of Portal1, it has now been pushed to the forefront as a vital addition. Thankfully work on HR Module is proceeding quickly so the downtime of the recruitment system will not be too adversely affected.

Fleet Media Report

Hello Imperium, Media Team here.

June has been a little less eventful than we anticipated. Both in the Verse and also here at the home base. Apart from obvious stuff like making signatures, we´ve been working on some behind the scenes stuff and some personal requests. Our recruits, now full members, were very helpful during their trial period, really active in Media boards and always ready to help where needed. Thank you guys, keep it up!

A lot of our ongoing projects and WIP stuff were in hibernation and the updates are coming a bit slow. Let´s hope there’s more news at the end of July. Things like ORG page overhaul, more recruitment assets and some other surprises may come soon. Also you probably noticed, there´s been a big update on visual side of the forums. That is all on our dear leader Gallitin, but there are a few things Media can and will do to make things look even cooler.

As always, we appreciate all the support and feedback, don´t hesitate to ask anyone with purple tag, if you have any Media related problem, suggestion or request. We are always glad to help.

Don´t forget to represent your Fleet wherever you travel this summer, because even if the weather is bad, here The sun never sets.

See you in July!

Media Team – Purple Power!

May Reports

June 1st, 2015

Fleet Command Report:

The month of May has been a nice and relaxing month for all of us. Since the release of the manual we’ve been taking a small break from our larger projects.

We couldn’t have wished for a smoother release of the Manual. This has allowed a few of us to spend some time in other games. Portal 2.0 is now nearing the stage where it can replace Portal 1 altogether; this is still a few weeks away but we’re getting closer.

The testimonials we’ve gathered on the forum will be made into a script this week and we’ll hopefully have a nice little radio advertisement on The Base Radio sometime by the end of next week.

Now that we’ve had a nice relaxing month, it’s time to start getting some more things going! We’ll be looking into starting up some new projects or at least finish a bunch of old ones and make sure that everything keeps going the way it’s going.

We hope you enjoy the rest of the reports and we are looking forward to another exiting month ahead!

April Reports

May 1st, 2015

Greetings Imperium. For months there have been rumors of “something big” coming that would have a large impact on Imperium operations, and you may have heard bits and pieces and been told “I can’t really say more” by those in the know. The wait is over, for it is with great relief that we are ready to reveal what has dominated the last several months of work behind the scenes.

The Imperium Manual v1.0 is here. This manual is not only a guide to the things you as existing members already know, however, as there are a number of important and far-reaching changes outlined within.

March Reports

March 31st, 2015

Fleet Command Report:

The Month of March has been a busy one to say the least. Earlier last month we got the specialist program under way and now we are happy to see that each Division has selected their specialists. This program will allow members with a vast knowledge of particular game mechanics to help improve Imperium in conjunction with the Academy. Remember, this specialist draft was only the first. As the game continues to grow, we will need more help to stay organized. Keep on the look out for the next Specialist intake.

In other news, Fleet Command is now coordinating a new night of fun and games for the Officer Staff. The Goal is to promote ease of communication, friendship, and teamwork. Sometimes, when deliberating details of new projects, things can get stressful and we think that we can help alleviate that by becoming a tighter knit group. These Officer Nights take place every other Saturday, opposite of Officer Meetings which are much less fun!

Additionally, Fleet Command & the Officer staff have been hard at work preparing something very special which will be revealed SOON™. Because of this, Chimaera had offered to put together a special lore series leading up to this announcement. This month he is publishing part two. You can find the links below.

In conclusion, we would like to thank the fleet and it’s awesome member base for another awesome month and we are looking forward to working with each and every one of you in the months ahead!

Combat Ops Report:

Hello all,

It has been an eventful month for the Combat Ops division! First and foremost, we would like to welcome our new Combat Ops Specialists!

John Maynard

Congratulations guys, you are sure to play a major role in the future of Combat Ops. We will be working with our new Specialists going forward to make the fleet run as smoothly as possible. There is a lot of work to be done for sure, but we know you guys are up to it.

We are continuing our work to further refine the organization of both the Combat Ops division, and the fleet as a whole. We have more work to do, but we hope to be able to shed a little more light on this very soon. Rest assured, there are interesting times ahead of us.

Best Regards,

The Combat Ops Officers

Trade and Industry Report:

Another month gone by and also the first quarter. This means we’re getting closer to the highly anticipated Star Marine release, but you also get to read another monthly report from T&I and see what we’ve been up to.

This month started with opening recruitment for a new position, the Specialists. These selected members are another step in Imperium’s structure and its divisions.

So congratulations again and a warm welcome to Jon1812, radoorid and Zhane as the T&I Specialists. For now they will assist us officers and once possible (closer to the launch of PU) we expect them to become experts in one field of T&I. The Specialists will coordinate with each other and with the officers to plan operations and missions. They will also work together with the Academy to create courses and qualifications. They’ve already received their first task to work on and we are looking forward to share the results in the future.

And now some words from our Specialists:

A message from new T&I Specialist: Zhane

Hey guys, Zhane here. I won’t beat around the bush, I became a Specialist because I love what Imperium has the potential to be and I want a larger hand in making that happen. In my head I envision Imperium trade convoys, massive numbers of our haulers, protected by our loyal Combat Ops members, speeding through space to bring the fleet the supplies it needs. I see giant swaths of asteroids with Imperium miners buzzing around them like bees. I see our production nodes and storefronts being a major part of the economy. I want to make it happen, and with all of us working together, we can.

A message from new T&I Specialist: Jon1812

Hey guys, it’s Jon1812. I have to admit, I am a bit excited. I can’t wait to get started! I wanted to become a Specialist, because I wanted to have an active role in helping Imperium grow. I want to help us build the strongest organization in the ‘verse! I can’t wait to fly by a sea of Imperium logos barely recognizable as a trade fleet! In all seriousness though, I really am excited about being a part of all this. I hope to contribute what I can to Imperium and see the fleet grow well beyond our expectations. If you guys ever want to theorycraft or just chat, try me on TeamSpeak, I’m on fairly often.

A message from new T&I Specialist: Radoorid

Greetings to all! And to all greetings! I joined this Fleet because I wanted to be part of something that was larger than myself, and I found that in Imperium. It’s that same reason that I decided to pursue this role for this very reason of helping to build something that is big and something that will stand the tests and trials that will surely come once PU hits. I call on every able bodied T&I person to join us on this grand effort!

If you’re interested in becoming a specialist, we are still taking applications.

Last month we also asked you if we should have another T&I Meeting. The votes have been in favor of ‘yes’. The meeting will happen on April 11th at 22:00 UTC. If there is a topic you want to discuss, leave a reply in this topic http://forums.starci…april-2200-utc/

That’s it for this month from T&I!

Exploration Report

Alright everyone, let’s start with trying to find something: it’s called “What the Exploration division did in the month of March.”

Well, as some of you have already seen or heard over the last few weeks, we have chosen our first three Specialists. I want to personally welcome them to their new and exciting roles in helping Imperium’s Exploration division grow over the next few months. They will have a few objectives that we will be sharing with you soon, but if anyone wants to talk to them and ask them questions, think of them as another way of getting in contact with the Exploration division. We are always looking at all members who want to go above and beyond for Imperium, so everyone keep up the good work, this won’t be the last time we expand our horizons.

There is still a lot of laying foundations and setting up going on in the division, and for everyone who has submitted their thoughts on the mission creation theory crafting (Link: http://forums.starci…eory-crafting/) thank you! Remember that you don’t need to be a part of the division to submit your suggestions – all conversation is welcome, including talk about what exploration missions encompass.

As for the communication side… as some of you have seen, I (CC-Corp) have been busy exploring IRL, new job, new home (soon), I’m still around but not quite as much as I used to be, unable to enjoy 1.1.0 SC as some of you have been, but soon we all hope that with the increase in releasing of content from RSI more exploration game play mechanics will be put in place and we can hit hard on the mission creation and roles that will define the exploration division as a whole.

Until next month, Keep Calm & Explore On!

Fleet Ops Report

So much was done… and so little of it can be talked about (yet)…

During the month of March your Fleet Operations Team worked alongside many of the other Imperium Officers on development of [Redacted] which will be unveiled to the rest of the Fleet alongside [Redacted] once Tech division gets done with the final integration of [Redacted]…  If that makes us sound a little bit too much like the Intel Division, believe us when we tell you that all of the Imperium Officers can’t wait to show you what we’ve all been working on…  Soon!™

With all of that being said… let’s talk about the stuff that we can reveal publicly:

During the month of March, fleet Operations selected our first round of Specialists.  While many of you have already seen the announcement post (http://forums.starci…he-specialists/) the Officers of Fleet Ops would be remiss if we didn’t offer our own special congratulations to:

If you are interested in working with Fleet Operations and weren’t selected (or if you somehow missed the initial announcement & recruitment round http://forums.starci…ank-specialist/ ), don’t despair!  There will be more specialist positions added in the future.

Next, as some (but not all) of you may be aware, just last weekend, Fleet Operations hosted our first Capital Ship Operations Q&A Session, with more than 30 members in attendance. These meetings are meant to be a chance for Imperium Members who either own Capital Ships OR who are interested in playing as crew members of (or maybe even someday commanding) one of Imperium’s many Capital Ships, to all get together and learn a little bit about how we are planning on organizing these mighty titans! Going forward, these meetings will be held on a quarterly basis, with the next meeting scheduled (tentatively) for the end of 2Q (June), the exact date/time however is still TBD. If you missed the session last weekend and are interested in learning more about the topics that were covered, you can find a (PDF) copy of the presentation slides and an audio recording of the Q&A portion here:

PDF: BguU5aUwwcUoIYIuVVq3MxvwsKRR-2UrBcfDqZZz  Capital Ship Operations 1Q Meeting.pdf

Q&A Audio:…iew?usp=sharing

Finally, as a reminder, we want to invite any Imperium Member that owns a Capital Ship (currently just the Idris-class Frigate and Javelin-class Destroyer), to send a Private Message to Fleet Ops (addressed to all of the Fleet Ops Officers), letting us know what ship(s) you have, your intended uses for your Capital Ship(s), and whether you would like to add your ship to the Imperium Fleet Ops roster.

And with that… we’ll see you all in April!

– Fleet Ops Staff

Diplomacy Report

It’s yet another busy month for the Diplomacy Division! In addition to opening new lines of communication with multiple organizations throughout the globe, we also saw a very welcome increase in our on-TS diplomat traffic as Tactical Advance popped in for some chats.  Tactical Advance is quite a large organization, and its structure and leadership system is very similar to our own. They have joined PACT, and are definitely interested on building closer relationships with us as we head toward the PU.

We also saw a flurry of activity related to PACT itself, with some changes in direction coming from that avenue. More information will be forthcoming on that once some more details are ironed out, but it means that we will be exploring even more arrangements with our great friends from around the ‘verse. We currently have been keeping our agreements on the purely Non-Aggression agreement level, but we’ll be seeing some good stuff coming soon!

Finally, inter-org game nights have been engaged in, with some great stuff coming from an AC night with Outer Worlds Network (OWN), and with some stuff in the works with some of our friends “Down Under” in the Australasian Royal Mercenary Division (ARMD). These guys are pretty hot stuff as they have been able, despite the lag and connectivity issues, to reach into the top ten on the AC leader-board as of 26 March. These guys are great stick jockeys and I look forward to seeing them flying with our guys as Arena Commander becomes more stable.

As always, members please feel free to check out the divisional recruitment threads and, if you feel that the Diplomacy Division is the place for you, don’t hesitate to apply!

Academy Report

Hello again my fellow Imperium members.

Another month has gone past almost too soon and this one has been no different to any other as far as Academy goes.

Welcome your new Academy specialists:

  • Q2M: Q2M is an avid Arena Commander player. He has a particular passion for tactics and finding the best ways to co-operate as a group. He has been a member of Imperium for over a year and a half and been a devoted and heavily contributing member for pretty much the entire period. Those of you who are active on the TeamSpeak will know his interest in not only theorycrafting but the actual mechanics of the game and real implementation of those systems. He’s a credit to Imperium as a whole and the Academy specifically!
  • Xeen: Xeen has been a member of Imperium for a little over a year now. Quietly beavering away for the most part, his interest has been mainly in playing the game rather than talking about it. All his hard work in that aspect has led to “a particular set of skills”. If you’re in an Arena Commander match he WILL find you and he WILL kill you. Those of you who have been taking an interest in the leaderboards will have seen his name regularly gracing the top end and he wants to share those skills with you all. His main focus will be in teaching piloting and after approaching Academy managed to impress quickly with his aptitude and patience. He runs his Pilot Academy lessons regularly on TS and can be approached directly if you want to schedule something. Don’t let his talents go to waste!

Other than that, I’m not going to talk to you about [REDACTED] as I’m sure that you’re all getting tired of non-information. All I will say is that in the next month or two all will become clear and I’m certain that many members will be blown away by it.

It’s going to be better than finding out Bruce Willis was dead the entire time.

Intelligence Report

This months report will be a little different. There will be no redactions! I understand this is may be shocking for some of you, so I will proceed slowly.

A few months ago, I read a very intriguing article about the ‘Dead Ox” method of finding the truth of a matter. While the article summed it up quite nicely, I’ll give a go at explaining the point I wanted to share with all of you.

In 1906 Francis Galton first concepted the idea of the wisdom of crowds. There was a fair where about 800 people tried to guess the weight of a dead ox.

It turned out that most of the guesses were terrible – either way too high or way too low.

However, when averaged Galton was shocked.

The dead ox weighed 1,198 pounds. The crowd’s average was 1,197 pounds.

The issues with data collection of this method lies with finding the true signal. There is a lot of noise and random statistical variation when it comes to this method. However, it is random variation around a signal!

So why am I rambling on about dead oxen and statistical variation and how does this apply to Imperium?

The point is, there are errors on every side of the mark, but there is truth at the center of it that people are responding to. If you can use these errors to cancel each other out, you are then left with the truth.

In the past we have used different methods for data collection on internal affairs. Now we would like to open it up to all of Imperium. If you have 1 post to your name or 4000, we don’t care who you are but we are interested in your opinions. If we receive enough data on particular events, we may just be able to pinpoint the truth of the matter.

Please use this “Suspicious Activity Form” to document any suspicious activity noticed in chat, on TeamSpeak or in any other interactions with members of the Fleet.

As has been the custom, we love to share some examples of our scrupulous training methods each month. So we are happy to present monthly lesson #3 (March): Contingency Planning

For anyone that has further questions about the division, wishes to apply, or wishes to report suspicious activity please click HERE.

See you next month!

Human Resources Report

Human Resources has seen quite a bit of change in March.

The month started off with Lakota being promoted to officer of HR, taking on the responsibilities of this position and pledging to give his best to make SCB and Imperium the BDSCCE (Best Damn Star Citizen Community EVAR!). 3HTcHkrFDlF1HmLJbldP6KrSad8Q3k8-81ySWTTU Congratulations again Lakota and thank you very much for your continued contributions to the community and the fleet.

In addition to that, Arengorn has joined HR as a full member after he showed exceptional efforts and willingness to help our members while moderating Teamspeak in his previous position as TS-moderator. Welcome Arengorn to HR!

One last personnel change this month was the promotion of our beloved radoorid to Specialist of the T&I division. This unfortunately (for us) requires him to scale back his responsibilities in HR. I´m very happy though that he agreed to help us out by staying as a TS-moderator. So you better behave on TS or you’ll continue to be moved! NX3xDWndkBKC6Wwl_GQEBKv5O8GQx78VxESYM1L3

I would like to thank radoorid for his amazing services and contributions while working for HR and know that he will continue to excel while helping CyberianK and Nameless organizing the division and getting T&I ready for the PU in the future. Congratulations and all the best in T&I radoorid!

Despite all these roster changes for HR, we of course haven’t stopped working at all – the show must go on as they always say. Besides our usual responsibilities which involve conflict resolution, application processing, moderating and making sure the CoC is followed here on SCB but also on RSI and other places, Lakota is currently working on a system with which we can recognize and maybe reward quality posts on our forums. I hope we are able to shed more details on that in next months report, until then keep the quality coming!

We would like to thank everyone who helps out bumping our recruitment thread regularly on RSI – a small post every once in a while by all of you helps keep Imperium visible on RSI.

As always we are looking for people to step up and help out Imperium and the SCB community by being a HR member or TS-moderator. If you are interested in one of these positions, please have a look here and apply! UKfQbyulo_zwwJNjEMrE5I4D7ZrczFzex-8XiP7j

By the time you are reading this I (Draegar) will already be on vacation and without internet access. If there are urgent matters during that time please contact Shane, danredda and Lakota, and in severe cases Core agreed to be my replacement on the Fleet Command level until I´m back on April 14th.

Stay classy everybody and until next month!

Human Resources Team

Technology Report

This month we have been continuing to put the finishing touches on the first draft of the [redacted], which will likely be unveiled in April (pending feedback from Officers and Fleet Command and any additional bug fixes). Working on this module has also laid some of the necessary groundwork for what will become the Academy Module, which will be expanded upon at a later date.

Additionally, work has begun on getting the Citizens Arena project off the ground now that a suitable hosting platform has been found. This will be integrated into the Portal, initially as just a basic view of the available leagues and brackets, but eventually expanding to provide full control of the back end via Portal as our understanding of the API increases and as time becomes available. To that end the CA Team have elected Calexus to assist the Tech Team with its implementation. Over the next week or so we will be getting him up to speed with using our systems and, depending on the outcome of this project, may have the opportunity to become a full member of Tech Division.

As a final note, Tech Division continues to develop and build the systems that Imperium will require to take them into the future. We are, as always, looking for additional personnel to join our ranks. If you are a good problem-solver with knowledge of PHP, Javascript and MVC (optional) then consider getting in touch – we may be able to (ab)use you.

Fleet Media Report

Dear Imperium members and all the purple lovers! We have another month behind us so let´s take a look at what happened in Fleet Media in March.

Word of the month – Don´t suck! Yes, the long awaited second Fleet Media recruitment drive started right at the beginning of the month and brought some interesting challenge to all the talented people out there, thinking of showing their skills to the rest of the Fleet. The main reward: to become a member of a small but dedicated special group of fleet creatives, men behind our brand, recruitment posters, signatures and all that visually represents us in the verse.

For anyone that hasn’t followed the official thread, here is the link.

As for the drive itself, the interest in the challenge was a bit smaller than expected, but nevertheless, we received some entries. At the time of writing this report, there were 3 valid entries by Shootter, Irres and Mercer. Thank you guys! Although the main contest is over, the recruitment is still open. The challenge tasks remain a valid way of requesting to join our ranks. But if you can show your talent any other way, please do so. The more original and creative the better! And remember, don´t suck!

As for the other news, the process of reorganization of all the internal Media assets for our members is nearly done. The most immediate tasks are to make another pass on branding assets, provide all the necessary variations of all the main and special division symbols, and we are yet to finalize a logo and variations for Fleet Academy and some sub-divisions. Some progress was made on the Infographic rework project, with more details hopefully this month.

And to make this report a complete thing, we can´t forget the stats from our very own Signature service. In March, our resident Signature specialist Buckaroo with the help of rain2reign and Media officer rotorax have served around 15 requests, so a small increase compared to last month. Thanks to all the new and seasoned members for respecting the rules of our well working sig delivery system and to all Fleet Media members for working on all those requests. Great work gentlemen!

See you in April,

Purple Power!

Fleet Media team

Star Citizen 1.1 Is Live! Here’s The Rundown

March 20th, 2015

In case you haven’t heard, Star Citizen 1.1 went live today! And that’s actually one of the biggest changes – Cloud Imperium has taken to naming it Star Citizen instead of Arena Commander due to the expanded activities we’ll soon all be enjoying in the ‘verse. Wether it’s throwing down in Star Marine or walking the malls of Area 18, the first-person universe is, in fact, coming together!

Here are the highlight of Star Citizen 1.1 that you need to know:

New Installer

The bad news is that you have to re-install Star Citizen from scratch. But the good news is that you have to re-install Star Citizen from scratch! Yes, you have to delete your current install of Star Citizen, but the new one you download will be much cleaner and more optimized, without all of the bloat that has crept in over time. The CIG QA department has a handy and simple guide to help you through the uninstall and reinstall process right here.

If you encountered any issues installing the new client, CIG cites some bad data on their content delivery network, and has since remedied the situation. If your download failed, you can find out more information here.

Rental Equipment Credits & Electronic Access

The new currency system for Arena Commander (as well as the upcoming Star Marine FPS module) is available. Rental Equipment Credits, or REC, are earned for playing the game.

Using this new currency, players can rent ships as well as weapons and shields through the new Electronic Access (EA) store. Each rental lasts for seven 24 hour periods and can be renewed at a discount.

As a nice bonus, players are granted 5,000REC to spend in the EA store as they see fit!

New Ships

Star Citizen 1.1 brings with it two new ships which you can purchase!

The newly-revamped Retaliator will now show up in your hangar, and the Gladius is now ready for flight & fight in Arena Commander.

Both of these are purchasable on the Pledge store for real money as permanent additions to your hangar, and the Gladius ROM for Arena Commander is available on the Electronic Access store for just 9,000REC.

The SimPod

Every hangar now comes with its very own SimPod! This new device is where you’ll access Arena Commander as well as Star Marine when it hits. You can no longer enter your ship to jump into Arena Commander.

New Character Rigging

One of the chief complaints about Star Citizen so far has been the character animation. Well, it was always intended to be a placeholder and today we get a much better animation rig. Bask in the glory as you run around your hangar or exit your ship on one of the landing platforms!

New Damage System

The new damage state system is in place with the Gladius, but will be applied to other older ships over time. If you haven’t seen the preview, check it out below!

New Landing System

Something that has been missing so far is a systemic way for players to land their ships. That all changes with Star Citizen 1.1, which introduces a brand-new landing system. When toggled away from combat mode, this new system includes UI elements to assist players with manual landing procedures.

Additional landing pads have been added to free flight modes and some are governed, which means players will need to request access to land, much as they would landing on a planet or docking with a space station.

New Weapon Mounts

This release sees the all-new weapon mounting system, designed to make things easier to understand and also alleviate some of the disparity between gimbaled weapons (ones you can aim independent of your ship) and fixed weapon mounts.

The jury is still out in wether this system is easier to understand, but it does make sense and afford realistic weapon customization across the entire range of Star Citizen ships. You can read a detailed design document on the weapon mount system here.

New Pilot’s Guide

This is a must-read if you’ve never read the previous version of the manual. This updated PDF can be found here.

Needless to say, this is a massive update to Arena Commander and sets the stage for all of the exciting things coming later this year. With the Star Marine FPS module due very soon, and the social module in April, Star Ciitzen is starting to feel like a complete game.

Now, perhaps its time to build that new PC…
